How to do yoga correctly

 

                                                    YOGA(and it`s benifits)                   Although most people are tired of their daily life..most of them knows about yoga but really less peoples goes for it Now i am going to tell you how you can do it the easy way..But first let me tell you the Hard way First...                                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 
Meditation                                                                 Meditation is all about Resetting your Body it takes almost 20 minutes to do this process correctly. If it is less or more don`nt worry about it.                                                                                                 it is often done in the morning because air in morning is more nourishing. So First lay down on the ground as easy as you can you should not uncomfortable at all.Once you find your perfect position then try to stair at a spot in your room(if you are doing it in your room if you are outdoor don`nt worry just find anyspot to stair).                                                                                                               If you keep looking at it it will blur a bit now count to 5 and say it to yourself that you wll close your eyes on number 5 now close your eyes slowly don`nt Rush it don`nt move any of you body part try to stay like a statue. once you close your eyes count to 10 and with each count you will get even relaxed say that to yourself...Like 1 get relax 2 get relax 3 get relax 4 get relax and keep doing it upto 10 PLZ i beg of you Guys do not try to move even a bit in that moments not even move your finger. And now keep saying it to yourself that you are relaxed and even you want to say anything else you can it like i want good marks in my next test or anything like that it won`nt work with only one time you have to keep doing it for a better result                                                                                                                 Now stay there for as long as you want now you are getting up so count to 10 say it to yourself that your are getting up with each count.It has to be slow Remember you are not rushing it now with the 10th count slowly open your eyes keep laying there and get up after a few minutes..                             I know it is taking a lot of time but you don`nt have to do it daily you can do it each week on sunday...                                                                                                                                                                                        
                                                     
The easy way                                                                 Well not much on this topic but still i will give some tips.....                                                                 when you have Ran too fast or you have done something else hard you can breath in with your nose and leave the breath slowly it is the best way for improving blood circulation and also effective and even if you are too much tired you can get on your kneels and do a doggy style and then breath the same way... WAIT a MINUTE did i type doggy style ????????                                                               Ofcoures i did i know it sounds awkword but yes it really really work 110%...                                       So this would be all
